Aromatic Type

As for the chemical composition, aromatic ring carbon accounts for more than 35% of aromatic oil contents. It has good compatibility with rubber. When mixed with carbon, aromatic oil gets better dispersibility than paraffinic and naphthenic type oils and its physical properties are improved as well.  Also, it has better adhesion than paraffinic and naphthenic types  and thus can be used in bulk blending for extender oil mixtures for tire,  belt, rubber hose, recycling and natural rubber SBR etc. However, aromatic oil including the massive amount of unsaturated hydrocarbon easily causes conjugated double bonds by UV rays, oxygen and heats, and therefore makes it unsuitable for dye products, which are vulnerable to rubber discoloration or contamination in general.
